We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to design, implement, and optimise field service solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Salesforce components, and ensure seamless integrations. The candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable solutions, supporting deployments, and mentoring junior team members. Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in Salesforce customisation and integrations are essential. The role also requires active participation in Agile processes and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Design and implement Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionalities
- Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, and Scheduling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
- Perform system integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Support deployment activities and ensure best practices in Salesforce development
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of tasks
Requirements
- Strong experience in Salesforce CRM and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Hands-on experience with configuration and customization
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Experience with integrations and data migration
- Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce
- Proven experience working on FSL implementations/projects
- Certified Salesforce Field Service Consultant (preferred)
- Salesforce Admin / Platform Developer certifications are an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
