Hawks Companies is an Iowa-based financial services firm operating two integrated business lines – Hawks Insurance and Hawks Financial. Located in Clive, Iowa, the firm delivers a full spectrum of insurance products (Long Term Care, Life Insurance, Annuities, Medicare Planning) alongside sophisticated financial advisory services including Retirement Income Planning, Investment Management, 401(k), IRA Rollovers, and Estate and Legacy Planning.

Hawks Financial operates as an affiliate of Royal Fund Management, LLC, a SEC-registered investment adviser. Their core belief: every investor deserves access to the innovative, sophisticated portfolios that were once reserved exclusively for ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients.

The Challenge

Hawks Companies needed a complete digital presence built from the ground up, not a template or a quick launch, but a professionally engineered multi-site WordPress ecosystem that could carry two distinct, highly regulated service lines under one unified brand.

The key objectives were:

• Design and develop multiple interconnected WordPress sites each tailored to a specific service line while maintaining a seamless brand experience across all of them
• Build trust and credibility for a regulated financial firm, surfacing compliance disclosures, SEC adviser status, and Form CRS documentation without disrupting the user experience
• Drive prospective clients to the right service quickly, whether they arrive seeking Medicare planning or a retirement income strategy
• Support an ongoing content and SEO strategy through a fully integrated blog architecture
• Differentiate Hawks clearly from large “big-box” investment firms through design, copy, and structure
